For the last 8 years, I sacraficed operating my business to care for my parents. Considering they have now sadly passed away, I have decided to re-open my business from Hi-Tech Epoxy to now, Hi-Tech Epoxy Australia PTY LTD.
I am ready to re-discover who I am not only as a person, but also, as a successful businessman who has been highly recommended by word of mouth over the years.

Step 1
Project Quotation
- Acknowledging clients quote request.
- Jobs must be visited on site by applicator prior to written quotation.
- We will create the quote within 24 to 48 hours of site visit, quote will be sent to client.
- We require clients acceptance and confirmation.
- Terms and conditions to be read by client.
Step 2
Grinding & Preparation
- Diamond Grinding- This Prepares the concrete for coating.
- Shot Blasting - Shot blasting is used when a floor is in need of major repairs and resurfacing.
- Hand Grinding - This is a cruicial step to insure a proper bond of the epoxy all the way to the available edge.
- Scrubbing.
- Vaccuming.
Step 3
Application
- Ensure all floors are dust free to provide a good mechanical bond of epoxy systems.
- All cracks to be Veed out, cleaned and filled with a flexible compound.
- Proper mixing of part A and B components is crucial.
- Epoxy primer, one to two coat systems, depending on product.
- Application one
- 24 hours in-between coats (unless using a fast curing rapid epoxy which requires less curing time).
- Apply final coat.
